HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE ON OUR SHOP?

Making a purchase on our shop is easy and fast. Once the product has been chosen, click on “Add to cart” to add it to the shopping cart.  Repeat the operation for all the products that you wish to purchase and then click on “Checkout”, located at the top right, on the website header.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

The payment methods currently available are PayPal.

CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

Yes! You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payments through Paypal. You can make payments through “guest” mode.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

The last entered shipping address will be saved as default to your account. When you process your order you will be able to edit it if necessary.

HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and purchase details.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLACE THE ORDER FROM A COUNTRY DIFFERENT FROM THE DESTINATION COUNTRY?

Yes, it is totally possible. You can choose in which Country to ship and it can be different from the billing information.
